Neurodiverse recruitment also brings benefits to other employees. Though stigma initially exists in workplaces that aren't familiar with neurodiversity, overcoming this barrier through proper training will lead to improvements in overall employee morale and positive changes in working environments.

Prompting the workplace with the presence of a neurodivergent employee can act as an everyday team-building exercise. This makes everyone work and bond together as they become better human beings by learning to be more understanding and compassionate towards each other. Being part of an inclusive workplace also provides a greater sense of company pride as other employees appreciate being educated about neurodivergency.

Take, for example, ANZ Manila, a banking company, was recognizeda by the Apolinario Mabini Awards as the employer of the year in 2015 due to their efforts in mainstreaming disability inclusion. Moreover, recognition as an inclusive employer also attracts top talents as people want to work in workplaces that are open to everyone.

As consumers' perception of the social accountability of businesses shifts to higher expectations, they prefer supporting companies that drive social change through their culture and values. Modern consumers believe that companies exist to create value for multiples interests outside of profit and that their opinions of a company influence their decisions. This entails the direct relationship of attracting more diverse customers through company diversity.
